The quality assurance process is applied on all of our products. We inspect our goods since we receive from our suppliers until we deliver to our customers to ensure that our products in their hands are qualified and meet the specifications.

After-sales services

We provide our customers after-sales services which include technical support on chemical/equipment information and repair of any purchased instrument/equipment in warranty. Any further requests from our customers are also welcome.

Logistics and delivery

Our logistic system is specifically supervised by a logistic department in our company. Our owned trucks and well-acquainted outsource facilities are always ready to provide prompt delivery to meet the customers' demand.
